·         York Maze

York Maze is located behind Griston Bar Park and Ride in East York and is said to be the largest maze in Great Britain. There are over 8km of pathways and 1.5 million maize plants that grow up to 3 meters, that is a fun puzzle for all the family.

·         York Minister

York Minster is the biggest cathedral north of Alps and supposedly the largest medieval building in England. It has a fascinating history; being built during Roman times and ever since remained in the limelight of History of England. The Centre Tomb is definitely worth climbing, the whole experience is one of the top tourist attractions in York, not to be missed out on.

·         York Dungeon

The York Dungeon animates more than 2000 years of gruesome history that is fun for the whole family. There is lots of history to discover, all of which really happened. It is a fascinating and truly entertaining day out; the kids will love the gory details of the darkest part of history.

·         National Railway Museum

This is a fantastic free day out, with daily demonstrations, loads of interactive exhibits and a special event programme, there is something for everyone to enjoy. There are three giant halls full of trains and railway legends including Mallard the world’s fastest steam locomotive and the iconic Japanese Bullet Train.
